How We Save You Money (And Your Sanity)
We're a small, lean team, that's run by real people (yes, humans with an actual heartbeat!). No fancy offices, no hidden fees, no nickel-and-diming. Just simple prepaid plans with no extra charges for data, minutes, or SMS - no sneaky tricks.
If you need help with your account, we can really help you out in ways that really make a difference:
- We can call you before you run out of credit.
- We can put your account on hold for free.
- We'll wake up at 3 AM to help fix your issues.
- And if you're in the Armed Forces, a First Responder, Medical Professional, Teacher, or a Police Officer, we discount your plan by 5% because you deserve it (we believe in heroes).
- Families also get 5% off per attached account (minimum of 3, max of 7—no cap on love).
nb. To claim the discount, a First Responder, Medical Professional, Teacher, or Serviceman must provide proof of employment (ID badge, letter, or whatever works). We'll talk it through with you and figure out a way to sort it for you.

How Billing Works
Plans are prepaid monthly. They're invoiced on the 10th of every month, with a due date of the 17th. If you join any time between the 18th and the 9th of the following month, you'll only be charged a pro-rated amount up front for the first part month, and you'll get your first full invoice for the following month on the 10th. Why do we bill on the 10th of every month?
nb. All of our Plans follow our Fair Use Policy. Please read it thoroughly, as it governs everything you can and cannot do with your new Internet Superpowers!

We're mostly cheaper than the rest - no long-term contracts, just honest rates for truly unlimited plans.
No long-term contracts—cancel anytime, no hidden fees (we don't play those kinds of games).
We might be slow (we're human), but we're Friendly, thoughtful, open, honest, and human - no robotic menus or AI (we'll talk to you directly, no bots).
